Ultra-Care Level 2

Comprehensive annual service with labour
cover on boiler repairs and associated controls.

Ultra-Care 2 is a labour protection plan; it covers call outs
and labour charges for carrying out repairs to boilers, room thermostats, circulating pumps, time clocks, programmer units, cylinder thermostats and zone valves, on boilers up
to 44K (150,000 BTUS).

It does not cover any repairs to radiators, pipework, cylinder
or any other part of the system that is not listed here.

Nor does it cover any labour that may be involved in replacing the complete boiler. In the event of an unforeseen situation, the service manager reserves the right to make the final decision.

In some cases a system check may be required.

Coverage up to a maximum of 20 hours per year whether it is during normal hours or out of hours.

You will be given a Certificate of Cover, as well as Our Duty Engineer's standby telephone number in case of 'out-of-hours' emergencies.

Spread the cost - pay by Standing Order over 12 months (a small charge of 3% will be added for this facility to cover administration).
