Ultra-Care Level 3

Comprehensive annual service with labour
and materials cover on boiler repairs and
associated controls.

Ultra-Care 3 is a labour and materials Boiler Protection Plan;
it covers all electrical and mechanical components on the
boiler or appliance up to 60kw.

It also covers circulating pumps, time clocks, hot water thermostats
and zone valves, including all labour involved in carrying out the repairs.

It does not cover any repairs to radiators, pipe work, cylinder or any other part of the system that is not listed here.

Nor does it cover heat exchangers or the boiler shell, accidental damage, obsolete units, scale or sludge related problems. In the
event of an unforeseen situation, the service manager reserves
the right to make the final decision.

In some cases a system check may be required.

Coverage up to a maxium of £750 worth of materials plus all associated labour charges.

You will be given a Certificate of Cover, as well as Our Duty Engineer's standby telephone number in case of 'out-of-hours' emergencies.

Spread the cost - pay by Standing Order over 12 months (a small charge of 3% will be added for this facility to cover administration).
