Ultra-Care Level 4

Comprehensive annual service with labour
and materials cover for complete system.

Ultra-Care 4 is the ultimate heating and hot water complete system protection plan for boilers up to 44KW.

It covers the complete boiler against any breakdown, parts and labour;
if the unit can't be repaired it will be replaced without any hesitation.

Ultra-Care 4 covers all controls, time clocks, room thermostats, programmers, circulating pumps, zone valves and hot water control thermostats.

Radiators, radiator valves and pipework, on both heating and hot
water systems.

Hot water cylinders, hot water storage tanks, heating cold feed
and expansion tanks, ball valves pipework and fittings.

It does not cover the incoming mains cold water supply, oil storage tanks, accidental damage, obsolete boilers, scale or sludge related problems. In the event of an unforeseen situation, the service manager reserves the right to make the final decision.

An equipment inspection may be required before acceptance.

Ultra-Care 4 covers up to a maximum of £2,000 worth of repairs/materials per year.

You will be given a Certificate of Cover, as well as Our Duty Engineer's standby telephone number in case of 'out-of-hours' emergencies.

Spread the cost - pay by Standing Order over 12 months (a small charge of 3% will be added for this facility to cover administration).
